1. Scope of application
These terms of use apply to registration for and participation in events organized by THE GATHERING by DAVID+MARTIN. By registering for the event, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Registration and participation
Registration for an event is binding. Participation is only possible after successful registration and, if applicable, after receipt of a confirmation of participation. The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations or to limit the number of participants.
3. Use of image and video material
The participant agrees that photos and videos may be taken during the event. These may be used for marketing purposes on the organizer's website as well as on social media and other communication channels. If the participant does not agree to this, he/she must inform the organizer in writing before the start of the event.
4. Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for damages or losses incurred in connection with participation in the event, unless they are due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the organizer. Participation is at the participant's own risk.
5. Cancellation or modification of the event
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for good cause (e.g. insufficient number of participants, force majeure). In this case, the participants will be informed in good time.
6. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
